Oak Tree is our only Female Only Apartment option at UCA. It offers townhouse style apartments with two-bedrooms with a shared living space, bathroom, and kitchen. There will be three students in every apartment.

Please Note: For assignments with A and B designations, room B will be the bedroom that has the bathroom attached.
